TOLIKARA Nies World TV – Member of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI), Arianto Kogoya, visited the Kanggime Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Tolikara Regency, Papua Mountains Province, on Tuesday (10/13/2026).
The visit was part of Arianto Kogoya's focus on public health services in the Papua Mountains region, particularly in remote areas.
Through the visit, he hoped to highlight the various needs and challenges faced by the Kanggime Community Health Center in an effort to improve the quality of health services for the community.
Access to adequate health services is a crucial need for communities in the remote areas of Papua Mountains. Therefore, strengthening facilities, healthcare personnel, and supporting community health center operations is considered crucial to ensure the community receives better health services.
The visit also served as a momentum to strengthen attention to equitable access to health services. This effort is expected to support improving the quality of services for the people of Tolikara Regency and the remote areas of Papua Mountains in general.
